Week in Photos

I would say that my most enjoyable time spent on the Internet is browsing the Yahoo! News Week in Photos. I look forward to viewing the Week in Photos because I love photojournalism and all the reality it beings to the table though photographs. I could sit down and read a news story but an image is just as important because it allows the observer to actively think of what is taking place in the photo. What is the story behind the photo? For us visual learners a photo is important because it allows the reader to understand a little more by seeing the time, place, and location rather than communicated by writing.
